1 . Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently only ship our items within Switzerland. We will try to offer international shipping for you as soon as possible.

2. How long will it take to receive my items?

Basically, it takes about 2 working days for your item to reach you. In extremely rare exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances or bottlenecks, the delivery time may be delayed.

3. What do I do if my item arrived defective?

You are welcome to use the contact form to send us your request and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
